GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE CAMPAIGN

“FINAL SUMMER SALE –25%”

1. CAMPAIGN ORGANISER

“DAPHNE” EAD, UIC 206526952, with registered office and business address at: 9 Perperikon St., 4th floor, Varna, Bulgaria, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”.

2. CAMPAIGN PERIOD

The “Final Summer Sale –25%” campaign will take place from 00:00 on 26 August 2026 until 23:59 on 31 August 2026.

3. CAMPAIGN SCOPE

The “Final Summer Sale –25%” campaign will be available in all Daphne retail stores in Bulgaria, as well as in the online store at www.daphne.bg.

4. DISCOUNTS AND REDUCTIONS

The “Final Summer Sale –25%” promotion offers an additional 25% discount on all already reduced items from the Daphne collection. The promotion does not apply to items sold at their regular, non-reduced price.

The promotion is available to any legally capable individual who makes a purchase with a value of more than €10.00.

The discount is applied to the latest applicable selling price at the time of purchase.

For online orders, the discount is applied after entering the promotional code EXTRA25 in the designated promo code field during checkout.

The “Final Summer Sale –25%” discount does not apply to gift vouchers and cannot be combined with the Daphne Loyalty Card programme or any benefits available under it.

5. PUBLICITY OF THE CAMPAIGN

These Terms and Conditions will be displayed in a prominent and accessible place in all Daphne retail stores participating in the campaign and will also be publicly available on www.daphne.bg, where any interested person may review them.
