RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 Within five working days of receiving the item, the client has the right to claim a return or exchange under the following conditions:

          1. The item must be in a proper condition (without any treatment: it must not be torn, scratched, worn, washed or ironed);

         2. Internal labels must be intact and the item must be with its corresponding receipt;

         3. The shipping cost for returning and exchanging of the product is assumed by client.

   

RESPONSIBILITIES   

Daphne is not responsible:

         - if a product is out of stock;

         - in cases of delay of an order due to out-of-stock item or waiting for the item to be restocked.

In the event of supply difficulties or when products are no longer in stock, you will be informed via email or telephone about the possibility of purchasing substitute products.
